Accused assault actor Jonathan Majers has been fired from yet another movie project
Less than a month after being found guilty of assault and harassment, actor Jonathan Majers has been fired from yet another project. We are talking about a biographical movie under the working title “48 Hours in Vegas”, dedicated to the famous American basketball player Dennis Rodman.
Studio Lionsgate, which planned to finance the project, returned it to the production team, and now they have to find a new “home” for it. Note that in the center of the plot of the picture is the true story of the infamous trip forward “Chicago Bulls” to Las Vegas in the midst of the 1998 NBA Finals.
What actor Jonathan Meijers has been accused of
The star of the Marvel movies was officially found guilty of two counts of harassment and third-degree assault on ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari. He still has to hear the verdict, which will be announced on February 6, 2024. While a “guilty” verdict traditionally carries up to a year in prison, it is unclear at this point if the actor will face any real jail time.
